Is long-term rent cheaper than short-term?

The monthly rate is the same — there is no long-term discount or short-term surcharge. You pay the same transparent monthly figure regardless of length.

Can I bring family members on a long-term Tokyo apartment lease?

Yes. Larger units with multiple bedrooms are available, and additional residents can be added to the contract during your stay.

Do I need a Japanese guarantor for a long-term apartment?
