Can I book before I arrive in Japan?

Yes. We regularly house students who book from overseas. We accept digital contracts, online deposits, and we'll send you detailed move-in instructions before you fly.

What documents do I need?

A passport, a visa or COE (Certificate of Eligibility), and an enrollment certificate or acceptance letter from your school. No guarantor required.

How long can I stay?

From 1 month up to the full length of your program — most students stay 3 to 12 months. Extensions are easy if you want to stay longer.

Is the house quiet enough for studying?

Yes. Private bedrooms are lockable and sound-insulated; most houses also have quiet zones, Wi-Fi throughout, and desks in every room.

Are other international students already living there?

Typically yes. Our houses have a rotating mix of international students, language learners, and young professionals from 20+ countries.
